Is the intro call really free?
Yes. The intro call takes twenty minutes and costs nothing. You're under no obligation. We'll tell you honestly if a roadmap isn't useful for you right now.
What does the roadmap cost?
€495 excluding VAT, a fixed price for companies of up to 25 employees. With more employees or multiple locations we make a quote. If you give Uniscale the work after the roadmap, we deduct €495 from the first invoice.
What is in the roadmap?
A review of your telephony and plans, email, website and findability, systems and processes, security and AI opportunities. You get a written plan with priorities, a price per step and an estimate of time and return.
What do I not get?
No implementation, which is a separate job. No legal or tax advice. For security we do a risk inventory based on a questionnaire as standard. A technical check of your website is a separate job.
Do I have to buy anything from Uniscale afterwards?
No. The roadmap is yours. You can carry it out yourself, give it to another party or give it to us.
Can you also check my website for security?
Yes, on request. Beforehand we draw up an agreement together with written permission, a clear scope of what we check and arrangements on confidentiality and the handling of data. That way both parties can be sure no data leaks. We don't carry out a check without a signed agreement.
How long does it take?
You usually receive the roadmap within five working days after you hand in the questionnaire and the requested details.
